Front Section

The front section of the park has had a number of what will hopefully be low maintenance species planted out. The area is largely RTA land and may one day have a main highway (the last section of the "Northern Distributor") cutting through it. This route is just one option for the Northern Distributor and if it does occur it will be a long time coming. Hence the need to make the area as attractive as possible and as maintenance free as possible.

The area is accessible at all time, and you pass through it on the way to the enclosed section.
